Instructions Combine olive oil, red wine vinegar, Steak Seasoning, and hot pepper sauce. Combine steak and chopped vegetables. Marinate for approximately 30 minutes (can skip if in a hurry) Thread steak and vegetables on skewers. (Brush kabobs with seasoning mixture if Step 3 was skipped). Grill or broil for 10 - 15 minutes turning frequently.
