Ingredients

2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
1 Tablespoon Grill Mates Montreal Steak Seasoning
1 Dash Hot Pepper Sauce
1 Pound Sirloin Steak cut in 1" cubes
Chopped Vegetables


 
Instructions
Combine olive oil, red wine vinegar, Steak Seasoning, and hot pepper sauce.

Combine steak and chopped vegetables.

Marinate for approximately 30 minutes (can skip if in a hurry)

Thread steak and vegetables on skewers. (Brush kabobs with seasoning mixture if Step 3 was skipped).

Grill or broil for 10 - 15 minutes turning frequently.
