Ingredients

1 1/2 Pounds Ground Beef
1 Cup Milk
1/4 Teaspoon Dried Sage
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Dry Mustard
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
3/4 Cup Quick-Cooking Oats
1 Each Egg
1 Clove Garlic finely chopped
1 Small Onion chopped
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 Cup Chili Sauce


 
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F

Mix all ingredients except chili sauce.

Spread mixture in a loaf pan or shape into a loaf in rectangular pan

Spoon chili sauce over top

Bake 1 to 1 1/4 hours or until done
