Ingredients

2 1/4 cups Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
1 teaspoon Baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup unsalted butter room temperature
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup Brown Sugar packed
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 egg
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 1/2 cups granola
12 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
2/3 cup pecans chopped
2/3 cup walnuts chopped
2/3 cup almonds chopped


 
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°

Mix flour, baking soda, and salt in small bowl. Using electric mixer, cream butter in large bowl until light. Add both sugars and beat until fluffy. Beat in yogurt, egg, vanilla, and cream of tartar. Stir in flour. Mix in granola, chocolate, and nuts.


Drop dough by rounded tablespoons onto cookie sheets, spacing 1 1/2 inches apart. Bake until golden brown, about 15 minutes. Transfer cookies to rack and cool. (Cookies can be prepared 1 day ahead. Store in airtight container.)
