Ingredients

1/4 Cup Cloves whole
1/4 Cup Allspice whole
1/4 Cup Cinnamon Stick broken
1/4 Cup Dried Orange Peel small bits
1/4 Cup Coriander Seed whole
1 Bottle Hearty Red Wine
1 Whole Lemon sliced thinly


 
Instructions
In a large pot, simmer 1/4 cup of the mixed spices in 1 1/2 cups water for 10 minutes. Strain. Add the red wine, and heat the mixture to just below a boil. Float the lemon slices on top and serve immediately.
