Ingredients

3/4 Cup brown sugar
3 eggs
1/2 cup light corn syrup
6 tablespoons unsalted butter melted, cooled
2 Tablespoons unsulfured light molasses
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 Cups pecans


 
Instructions
Position rack in center of oven and preheat to 350F

Whisk brown sugar, eggs, corn syrup, butter, molasses, and vanilla in medium bowl: Stir in pecans.
Pour filling into crust. Bake until filling is set and crust is deep golden brown, covering edges with foil if browning too quickly, about 40 minutes.
