Instructions Sift together flour and salt Add shortening Add ice water 1 T at a time. Wrap in waxed paper and chill. To prebake: Preheat oven to 450F. Prick the bottom of the crust with a fork. Line the shell with waxed paper and fill with weights. Bake 10 minutes. Remove weights and bake for 2 minutes or until lightly browned.
