Ingredients

1 Pound Mild Cheddar Cheese melted
3 Ounces Cream Cheese softened
1/2 Cup Chopped Red Bell Pepper
2 Teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
4 Ounces Diced Green Chile
2 Tablespoons Chopped Green Onions
1/2 Teaspoon Hot Pepper Sauce
1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Lemon Pepper


 
Instructions
In food processor, combine cheese, red pepper, and worcestershire. Pulse until blended. Add remaining ingredients and pulse until blended

Line 2 cup bowl or mold with plastic wrap and fill with cheese. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes.

Unmold cheese spread onto serving plate. Serve with assorted crackers and tortilla chips.
