Ingredients

2 packages broccoli frozen
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 egg
1 small onion grated
1/2 cup cheddar cheese grated
butter
cracker crumbs
salt to taste
pepper to taste


 
Instructions
Cook broccoli until tender, chop into small pieces. Combine soup, mayonnaise, egg, onion, cheese, salt and pepper. Add Broccoli. Pour into casserole, cover with cracker crumbs. Dot with butter. Bake at 400~ for 20 minutes.
