Ingredients

2 Pounds Beef Chuck Roast cut in 1" cubes
1/4 Cup Flour
1 1/2 Teaspoons Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
1 1/2 Cups Beef Broth
1 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 Clove Garlic
1 Whole Bay Leaf
1 Teaspoon Paprika
4 Whole Carrot sliced
3 Whole Potato diced
2 Whole Onion chopped
1 Stalk Celery sliced


 
Instructions
Sear meat

Mix flour, salt, and pepper and pour over meat; stir to coat meat with flour.

Add remaining ingredients and stir to mix well.

Cover and cook until potatoes are tender (approx. 1 hour)

Stir stew thoroughly before serving.
