Ingredients

1/3 cup margarine
2/3 cup sugar
2 whole eggs
1 3/4 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
3 whole bananas


 
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F

Cream together margarine and sugar

Add the eggs and mix well

Stir in the baking powder, baking soda, and four alternating with the bananas.

Bake for 1 hour in a greased loaf pan.
