Ingredients
8 ounces angel hair pasta |

Instructions Heat olive oil in a skillet. Add the garlic and cook until it turns light brown (do not burn). Remove the pan from the heat and add the wine. Return to heat and cook about 2 minutes or until wine is reduced by half. Add the lemon juice, spinach and tomato. Set aside. Cook angel hair pasta according to package directions. Drain. Add to spinach mixture. Stir in the basil, Parmesan cheese and pepper to taste. Toss to coat.
